Clean and friendly environment. Caterina was very kind and professional the whole entire time. She demostrated knowledge and and mainly had lots of patience. We're please with the service provided. WAY TO GO KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

Paul, the Assistant Store Manager, if very friendly and knowledgeable about everything related to storage units. He was very professional and made us feel like we were properly being taken care of. We look forward to our experience storing items at this facility.

I had stored stuff here years ago. Now it is extra space storage. It has been a great experience from the woman taking the reservation and then when I signed up. The manager is so nice and so very helpful. Ken is a real people person and I really enjoyed the whole experience. It is clean, safe, and in good working order.

it was quick easy and the employee who helped us was amazing, i believe her name is Kourtney, she showed us 2 different units when we werent sure which would benefit us and all our junk! we are returning customers, it was under different ownership before, you can see the difference in it now. Its much cleaner and i feel safer storing my belongings here because of all the security cameras around the location. thank you for the great experience.

I rented a storage space at this location, and found it to be a great place. Ken the manager keeps the place very clean, and he is very helpful and friendly. I know my things are safe with all the cameras and high fences around the place. If you need a great place to store your things just call Ken and he will take care of you, and ask about specials that may be going on. Ed Z

Ken, the manager, was very informative, speedy with his assistance, and had a good attitude. The storage unit was cleaned top to bottom, and everything was ready in 10 minutes. They also had a good deal running for the 5x10 units. And he offered an even cheaper deal for month two, if I need it. Easy accessibility.

I was initially quite happy with my rental unit. However, after being in the unit for 3 months, the rent increased by 55%. $165 to $257 per month, what the heck! I wasn't even notified via email. Keep an eye your snail mail. Beware, they will raise your rent with very little notice by large amounts. I feel scandalized.

The original unit we got was 5x10. Perfect size, smelled like urine and had stains but the worker there was nice and sprayed it down again. Then we had the storage space for only four months and I got a letter that the monthly rent was being raised from $136 to $191. I wish I could give more stars, but this is a complete bummer and I had to move into a smaller unit for a cheaper price.
