Ken and Michelle were super helpful and friendly. They kept the paperwork process quick and painless. The property is well maintained. Just moved in, but happy so far!
it was quick easy and the employee who helped us was amazing, i believe her name is Kourtney, she showed us 2 different units when we werent sure which would benefit us and all our junk! we are returning customers, it was under different ownership before, you can see the difference in it now. Its much cleaner and i feel safer storing my belongings here because of all the security cameras around the location. thank you for the great experience.
I rented a storage space at this location, and found it to be a great place. Ken the manager keeps the place very clean, and he is very helpful and friendly. I know my things are safe with all the cameras and high fences around the place. If you need a great place to store your things just call Ken and he will take care of you, and ask about specials that may be going on. Ed Z
Ken, the manager, was very informative, speedy with his assistance, and had a good attitude. The storage unit was cleaned top to bottom, and everything was ready in 10 minutes. They also had a good deal running for the 5x10 units. And he offered an even cheaper deal for month two, if I need it. Easy accessibility.
I was initially quite happy with my rental unit. However, after being in the unit for 3 months, the rent increased by 55%. $165 to $257 per month, what the heck! I wasn't even notified via email. Keep an eye your snail mail. Beware, they will raise your rent with very little notice by large amounts. I feel scandalized.

The original unit we got was 5x10. Perfect size, smelled like urine and had stains but the worker there was nice and sprayed it down again. Then we had the storage space for only four months and I got a letter that the monthly rent was being raised from $136 to $191. I wish I could give more stars, but this is a complete bummer and I had to move into a smaller unit for a cheaper price. I never leave negative reviews, so know they had to do a bunch to get me to this point. We were robbed two days ago and needed to move our valuable stuff from the house (which is an active crime scene) to keep it safe in case the robbers returned. This was on the suggestion of the LAPD officers. We chose Extra Space Storage. Huge mistake. They never mentioned that the rate would go up as they please all of us sudden I get a email after about 8 months saying they are raising our storage tent by 20 Dollars they wait until you ate all moved in and then bam rate increase!!!! Ummm that would of been nice to know since day one ! Don't you think ?????? It's in the 5 pages of terms and conditions very sneaky !

I have been keeping our production companies truck at this storage for 5 months now. Every day one of our team members comes to pick up the truck to head to work, leaving our personal vehicle locked in the storage gate. At the end Tuesday the 20th night shift, around 1:50am I came to drop off the truck and get my car to head home after a long day of work and the passcode didn't work.
