Well meaning but, ultimately inept staff more interested in keeping their jobs than keeping their customers and does not honor contact. Steer clear.
Stored with Extra Space for years and this is the worst location due to the manager. Incredibly rude and disrespectful, as if they don't want to bring in business. Most unprofessional experience I've ever had, very unpleasant. Every other location has been the polar opposite. Avoid this location, not worth the trouble.
