Really great customer service from kevin at the front desk,even though we showed up a little after closing hours ,he made sure we got a storage so we can empty out our uhaul truck that we desperately needed to unload that day.If it wasn't for kevin we would've to keep looking around after and exhausting day of moving.he gave us a tour of the storage before commiting to it and even got half of the first month because I went online to reserve,overall I had a great experience and will definitely recommend it to family and frien... read more

STAY AWAY from this place! Quoted prices are raised exorbitantly -- chunk by chunk -- taking advantage of people who are not in a position to move out of the unit. In LESS THAN 2 YEARS our monthly rate has increased MORE THAN 41%. Do yourself a favor and use ANY OTHER place.
I have a Question Emily S. since you are the business owner. Why do you increase rent 3 times within a year? I started at $122 for a 5x10 then went up to $157 after 3 months then now 6 months $182 and soon 1yr and 1 month rent will be $237 as your notice i recieved via mail. I mean the price is higher than your posted normal price. I had sign up an contract with these people right around covid began. It turns out they are infested with rats. Some of my personal belongings were ruined with rat piss. They finally transferred me to their new location off or Haskell about 4 months ago and today I find out they raised my monthly payment to double the amount, double! Ohh no... according to the manager Gabriel it isn't double just about 90% of my original payment. This place is a joke and just take advantage of people. Total freaking crooks!

On 3/14/22 I came to discover that my storage unit had been broken into. Staff attempted to downplay that it was a random occurrence! My unit was the only unit broken into. The grounds are always dirty and security is virtually nonexistent! Stay away from this storage facility!
Had my storage unit here for a little more than a year. Came to check on my belongings and their was rat feces and pee on all my boxes and my table and fridge. Had to throw away a table that's been in my family for a very long time and many other items. $150 to throw away my stuff.

Do not rent here. Rates constantly increase and there is a huge rat problem. There are huge pellets in everyone's units. Disgusting.

I was here at my storage a few hours ago, it was about 9pm when I pulled up the gate - I noticed two guys sitting on the curb I passed them and went towards the gate I waited about 2 minutes to punch in my code . I didn't see them behind me so I thought everything was good but after I pulled in and drove a few feet I noticed in the rear view mirror that they came around the building to walk in the gate.
