Kylie the phone representative was amazing and took her time. Once we got to the property, Tiffany double checked to see if the unit was clean for us before moving into it. This was a last minute change due to another facility not working out. Their customer service was outstanding!

Brandon the building manager is so awesome! Top notch service, wonderful follow up, efficient and timeline, and just wants to keep the place clean and running smoothly! We were in a transition period in the time we had 2 spaces here, and this location truly made us feel like we were at home! What a pleasant experience!! Top shelf customer service. From start to finish this was an easy and great experience! My call was immediately answered, I had access to the unit within a matter of an hour, and the facility itself is spotless and very well secured and located. I couldn't be happier!!!
