So far I am very pleased with my experience. Although it was hard to reach a rep, my call was returned. I was helped by Brandon, who was super friendly and made this an easy process. He sent me two videos to help me determine which size I needed. Thanks to this I realized I needed a bigger storage than I initially thought. My girlfriend, sadly, passed away, and I had to clear out her apartment. I only realized near the end of moving everything out, that she had more belongings than I had room to store them, or time to sell or donate them.
