The best. Christina and Courtney are super wonderful, the facility is clean, the hours are great and they have the best rates in the valley.
Beyond excellent customer service. Everything in the transaction went very smoothly. Extremely happy. When I called about inquiring about the storage unit, Steven went above and beyond his job to answer questions and give info. Christine was a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Recently rented a storage unit at Extra Space. The staff were extremely efficient and friendly, and they even followed up by telephone a week or so after we moved our items in, just to check if everything was ok and if we had any questions. I highly recommend!
Wonderful management, really assisted us in finding the right size of storage for us. Excellent service!!!! I found them online so I went to check them out. The entire staff was amazing! The entire staff made my move easy. Kevin took me on my first showing because I couldn't decide on what size storage unit that I needed, they took me around in these cute golf carts to view two choice sizes that I was interested in. Really great customer service from kevin at the front desk,even though we showed up a little after closing hours ,he made sure we got a storage so we can empty out our uhaul truck that we desperately needed to unload that day.If it wasn't for kevin we would've to keep looking around after and exhausting day of moving.he gave us a tour of the storage before commiting to it and even got half of the first month because I went online to reserve,overall I had a great experience and will definitely recommend it to family and frien... read more

STAY AWAY from this place! Quoted prices are raised exorbitantly -- chunk by chunk -- taking advantage of people who are not in a position to move out of the unit. In LESS THAN 2 YEARS our monthly rate has increased MORE THAN 41%. Do yourself a favor and use ANY OTHER place.
