Ericka was so much help!! When I had called the first time I wanted the 5x5 but didn't have the money to pay yet. She offered to hold my place until my pay day. When my pay day rolled around I found a bigger unit for the same price. I called to book it and she remembered me when I started talking to her. It was a very personable experience. I told her we had our insurance and she was very understanding and not pushy. I honestly don't think I would ever use another storage company!
