Ericka was so much help!! When I had called the first time I wanted the 5x5 but didn't have the money to pay yet. She offered to hold my place until my pay day. When my pay day rolled around I found a bigger unit for the same price. I called to book it and she remembered me when I started talking to her. It was a very personable experience. The cost was in line with other comparable storage facilities. The person I dealt with was courteous and I felt important to her. I was grateful to inspect the unit and glad I did. The location is perfect for us.
