UNIT WAS BROKEN INTO 2 WEEKS AFTER MOVING IN. Theft happens, though never to me before this but that is not why they deserve 1 star. They get one star because the facility has made no attempt to assist in the investigation. It took 8 phone calls just to have a manager call me back, and even then the guy spoke hostilely toward me when I challenged them on why they hadn't reviewed the video footage 2 weeks post the theft. Come to find out they said the video resolution was too bad to make out details. Don't let them fool you. ... read more

This was a very bad place for me. My experience with extra space. Was not right. From the beginning. There are no directions .arrows. . and more. I was always. getting lost. Never again would I store my things there and definetly do not advise anyone else to

For the most part the two desk clerks Angel and another young lady are very helpful. I had an issue with my bill. I then received a call back from the facility manager which was very unprofessional. The manager was very aggressive from the start, I have no problem paying my bill but I just wanted help understanding it. The manager laughed at me and pretty much was a flat out bully. So when looking for storage, everybody usually uses the internet for the best deals. That is how i came across extraspace storage, they gave a good internet rate, so i took it up and went there. Upon sitting there and discussing with the employee the terms, we started off at 72$ then at the end when he saw i didnt want to add on any of the other services, he proceeded to show me the contract details that he was supposed to inform me about, he was very sly and thought that i didnt see that he made the price 77$ and when confr... read more

If I could give a negative, I would. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The staff are horrible to work with. They like to say one thing over the phone or while the manager is out of the room and then act like that was never said. The manager thinks that by saying "we have all worked here for 10 years" is a validation for incompetent staff. They will also just gladly charge you for things that you never asked for and misquote you and act like it's your fault or responsibility.
