Extra space came through. They fixed the issues. The manager stopped by and personally apologized for the difficulty. Even makes mistakes. How do they fix them? I'm happy with the final results.

It was my first time getting a storage spot to hold all of my music equipment while I move. Amanda was able to help me understand what my options were and the pricing. I was shocked to see as well I can park my RV on property as well (didn't go with that option). Amanda was friendly and nice and was working with me patiently as I became a little agitated at times. Thank you so much extra space for helping in these waters.

How to find a place to put my stuff during a main bathroom renovation and Amanda that was awesome and helping us get the right size and arrange all the dates!! Space is clean. FYI Make sure you bring your own light if you're visiting our large storage shed at night.
The movers came early to drop off items into my storage unit, so I was running behind and once I was there Amanda checked me in super fast! I had accidentally booked the wrong unit (thinking it was first level outside, not in) and she quickly changed it and got me set up with the app to open and close it! Fast and efficient service there!! Made my move stress free and seamless! Thank you Amanda!!

5 star review for both Amanda and Sabina for their professionalism and phenomenal customer service. RV and trailer parking lot has been repaved along with a lot of other renovations and repairs. Book your reservation for storage online - it's definitely cheaper than just walking in. Unfortunately, we had our trailer broken into and items were stolen. The manager Amanda viewed hours of surveillance from her 24 hour cameras and located the theft on video. While there wasn't too much more that she or anyone else could really do... read more

I want to recommend this facility for storing trailer/ motor homes. Amanda who manages this facility is excellent. She treats us with the utmost professional courtesy. She always answers our questions and tends to us with great care and concern. The place is clean and well taken care of.

I have to say I am impressed with the professionalism and knowledge Amanda has showed us! We have been looking at different storage places around town and found some decent ones, but this one seems legit. Not only did she know her stuff and was very informative and direct with the rules and procedures for the renters, she also reassured safety.
