I know 5 people with #Extra Space Storage. Each has good things to say about the facility. BUT WE'VE ALL BEEN SCREWED FINANCIALLY! They like to do it before winter when they know you are stuck. They will mail you the increase - NOT EMAIL YOU - because they know most are "no paper" so they won't get the mailing for awhile (like those I know). Increases were 65-84%. Yep - just like that they screw you. It's been going on for years as the internet proves.
