Went in today to rent a storage space and Carrie H. Was the lady who helped me!! Super friendly and super fast!!! She is such a professional and was Awesome!!! I would DEFINATELY recommend this place, moving is never a good time but with wonderful and friendly people like Carrie.. It makes the experience A LOT BETTER!!! Thank you!!

I needed to rent an RV parking space. I was pleasantly surprised with the price for the spot. The staff was very friendly and efficient, gave me a quick tour to inspect the space, and the paperwork was completed with no pressure to but extras. The only downside with this particular location is the entry/egress from the location is on a very steep grade, a challenge for long trailers of very long RV's.

I rented a storage unit at Extra Space Storage a few weeks ago. My experience with their staff and the facility was great. David was very helpful in showing me around, offering me a storage unit that was ground level that I could pull the truck up to and just unload right into my unit. I got my first month free and am paying a competitive rate for a huge unit. They even offered me use of their truck for short hauls and all I had to do was buy the fuel. I would definitely use them again and will refer my friends there. :)

I just read a review about how no one help this person, however, employees are insured for certain things and one of them is NOT to help people move their items. She should have had someone come with her to help. I found David and the very nice young lady very helpful. They explained the contract and conditions very clearly. The space is just what I need. I found shelving at Lowes and will be moving things into my space as soon as I can arrange help form others.

They hike up prices too much. $190 for a 5x10 unit. While the location is clean, quiet, and well maintained, they get you in the beginning with a nice offer and don't mention any of the price increases during sign up.

I was deployed overseas and chose to store my belongings here for safekeeping. Upon returning, I found my lock still on the unit, but half of my items were either missing or damaged. When I approached the front desk for assistance, the staff member informed me that the security cameras weren't working and the only option I had was to file a report.

Extremely over priced. This company raises rent at least 2x a year. My total cost has doubled. I've seen cockroaches, black widows, other spiders, & grasshoppers, all of which I did NOT bring with me!!!! My belongings have bugs now due to this company not properly cleaning the premises. They're not sweeping up the leaves, debris, bugs, spiderwebs, etc. that's accumulating on the property. There's spiderwebs on the pin pad when you're entering.
