Showed up and was told "I was not in the system. Lost opportunity." I have multiple emails showing confirmed. I even went on line a few days ago and changed the move in date. I showed the staff person my confirmation email and he just kept saying "you are not in my system, lost opportunity ". After some back and forth he said he could make a new reservation at the rate I had ($44) if I booked for 4 months. No problem. He rang it all up and said $339. Really read the fine print on your contracts, y'all. They lure you in with a great deal (I think I got something like $95/mo for a 5x10 space). Here's what they don't tell you: --They will charge you $30 for a lock because their units use special locks. --They will charge you $30/mo for insurance. --They will INCREASE YOUR MONTHLY RATE BY 90% AFTER THREE MONTHS! 45% rate increase at one time!!??? No thanks. Shady business communication regarding price increases. Sent a notice legally via mail they said. But never received a text or email saying it was going up. But received many texts when I started and when I cancelled.

We got our storage for $120 per month which was reasonable. But then they raised rates by over 80% to $212 in the 1 year we have used the storage. They price gouge their customers and it should be illegal to raise your rates that much. Not a good storage facility or unit. Then their fix is downsizing which was still $150. Just moved in 3 days ago (paid all move in costs) moved in all my stuff and they changed the lock on my unit that I NEED to get supplies for work out of. No one contacted me, no one answers phones to help and they don't open until Monday. Never had a storage before, but pretty sure it's NOT supposed to work this way. DON'T rent from here!!!!! About to just sell/trash my stuff and cancel my membership....

Wish I read the reviews 4 months in and they upped the monthly rate by $51 If I had caught the small mailed postcard I wouldn't of known. Spaces are tiny and difficult to get into Don't recommend

Another rate hike without notification of $18!!! So glad you got a new gate system that will work on a smartphone so we could all pay for it! Let's not forget about the cockroaches I found in my clothes I got out of my unit last month! Instead of paint and gate systems maybe spray your facility once a month! Also... $86 a month for a 5x5 during a pandemic???!!! Way to really take advantage of struggling people extra space!!! Will be finding a new storage elsewhere!

Have been using this location for many years. Each year they raise rates considerably. Next month going up another 10 %. At least they used to offer 13 months for the price of 12 with prepayment. I was told that policy was still being offered when I paid my 12 months in advance today. Then I was notified they no longer offer that benefit. I felt I was misled and if I was in a position to move my stuff now I would. I suggest checking other storage options if you can. My storage was broken into and all of my valuables including a $10,000 Couture Wedding dress was stolen. I was told I'd get at least $2,000.00 compensation by the company and it never happened!
