Im giving the facility 1 stars due the employees who maintain the place (friendly and nice) but the low rating is due to my overall experience. I rented a unit for over 3 years and each year i received a price increase (of over $20) so started at $91 and as of last month my payments were over $150. Do NOT store your items with Extra Space Storage! I will be taking legal action against Extra Space Storage in January of 2019 for gross negligence.
Seriously??? This place is ridiculous! We moved our stuff in September 2016. We are ALREADY ready to vacate. We are OUTTA there in December. For most of October we didn't have access to the property because they decided to resurface the entire storage facility. While I understand maintenance needs to occur, it should not block paying tenants access to stored property. We got no replies until a complaint was lodged with their corporate office. We've successfully vacated the storage unit, thank goodness. But this is the most convenient place to store our trailer, as far as proximity to our house. But we're still looking for an alternative... BECAUSE THE RENT WENT UP AGAIN. And the parking area where the trailers are stored is a complete piece of crap. Heidi, we do need to raise our rent from time to time in order to keep up with rising maintenance costs. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
When I came to this place some 18 months ago, I was assured that my rent would increase no more than just a few dollars every six or so months. Since that time, it has gone up more than $60! Highway robbery. I have a 45 foot unit and am now considering the huge hassle of moving to another facility. There is no excuse -- it cannot be maintenance costs, especially considering the horrible condition of the paved areas linking the units.
Looking forward to moving out! Raise the rent too often and just got a notice that the trailer rent if going up again too.
I am only giving them one star because my stuff was still there after a six month deployment. I had to take four starts away because the lady at the front desk is one of the most unpleasant people I have ever had to deal with. Use them and you will see. I would just say go across the street to The other place if you need to store stuff.

Rented a space at this location just one month ago.. Shy of one day i return to put more stuff in storage... was in the hospital for a bit, otherwise would have moved more stuff in... Thank Goodness. Not even one month later, my storage unit was ripped off. Everything was taken even the lock! so if you don't really care about your things, rent a space here! Be warned everyone who reads this. DO NOT STORE YOUR ITEMS HERE!!! I did and got my stuff stolen out of my unit the first week. The staff acted friendly and helpful to my face but when dealing with the police I got a different story. Turns out the management knew the thieves and did not cooperate with the police to apprehend them. Their claims department also does not handle the cases made against them and has given me the runaround for close to two years now. Stay far away from this place if you value your belongings!!!
