The experience was great with my dear friend. Joseph and I were helping her out to move things from her apartment to the storage unit. We did that slowly it was hot but got it done. The storage is good place to store small collection to your living room whatever size needed. It s been tough on everything going up and we are trying to have a balance. I recommend this place of business. Kindness forward one person at a time.

I just spoke to Karen. I was very upset about the rate increase and was ready to explain my reaction. But, she totally understood without me going into detail. She worked with me and is doing whatever she can to help me. I couldn't have been happier with how she handled the situation!

I am using the Extra Space storage in Sunland, CA and it has generally worked well and is clean and secure. Elevator is a hassle to use even with the app on the phone, you can call the elevator with your phone app but have a limited amount of time to reenter your code to then be able to go to your floor. I was also very disappointed to have them raise the rental on the unit less than three months after signing a lease, would have expected it after a year but not in less than three months.
