The people at this location have been a tremendous help while my life is in a period of transition. Offering a climate-controlled option for items that require stability in this extreme environment is a huge bonus, however the security at this location is outstanding. Initially, I was informed there was an issue with vagrant break-ins, and the property had appearance and maintenance issues as a result, but that was all prior to the current management taking over. Gabriel the office manager is very professional and knowledgeable about his job and the storage facility. The storage facility has provided a barrier between him and the customer, which in now in days is very important due to COVID-19. Extra Storage has a new touch less system and he instructed me how to set it up on my iPhone and walked me through the process. I really like the extra security that has been installed.
