I went in to get a parking unit for my car. Anthony was great, very professional, nice guy, great customer service.

Eric the Assistant Manager was very, very helpful! The facilities are super clean and gated. Extended hours from 6am-8pm with wonderful customer service. I highly recommend this storage facility for all your parking and storage needs!
Jim was very helpful with my storage unit rental and he is very personable and easy to talk to. The facility is super immaculate. Moving is stressful but Jim at Extra Space Storage gave me peace of mind in making the right decision with storage size and I got a very good price. I definitely recommend this facility in Sunland.
The best storage place in the area. Jim is extremely helpful and he'll go above and beyond to take care of this customers . Clean place, friendly, helpful staff, senior discount, but beware! Two rent raises in less than a year. It's doubled since I moved in. Still researching online but, so far, I've found, according to California state law on storage units, rent can only be raised 10% during one year. Mine was raised 96% in 11 months. I moved out today. They should have been honest and warned me that the great deal "online price", will mostly likely be raised soon after. Instead, I naively thought this was the price. The elevator has always been terrible but tonight it was open on the first floor and completely out of service. I could NOT ACCESS MY $350 per month space on the 2nd floor. Completely unacceptable!

When I made the decision to use Extra Space Storage, nearly 10 years ago, I did so for one reason: namely, that I was told that if I paid yearly in advance, my rates would never go up. I made sure to clarify this, since Extra Space was neither the closest nor least expensive company to use.
