These folks are incompetent or worse! I was a customer and happened to call after I got an increase in price and was told that by the way my lock wasn't closed properly! Why didn't they notify me?????? Isn't that what any thinking, responsible company would have done??? I went out and locked it properly! I'm so glad to no longer be a customer but buyer beware!!!

I called on Thursday to get price quotes and was told I could come by on Friday to look at the units. I went by during office hours, but the doors were locked and no one was inside. In fact it was the middle of the day, and I had taken off work to drive up there--about 30 minutes from my office. I called the national number twice and was told that they would be in touch with "Ray", but no one ever showed up. Thank goodness they showed their poor service before I rented a spot. This place decided to install a new security system and in order to access the elevator you have to first put in your code then when the door opens up you have to then put your code in again, but if someone from another floor click on the button to call the elevator it will go to them first and when you get back to the first level you have to do this procedure again. My husband & I had kept our stuff at extra space storage in Sunland for 8 years. And today we moved out of our storage unite. The manager was rude to me and my husband, he didn't allow us to throw away things in the dumpster.
