I used ExtraSpace for a few months, it was great! The app lets you use Bluetooth to open the gate. Closing out my account was a breeze, Clay from the office was super helpful and friendly. Would recommend if you have some storage needs :)

Clay was awesome !! Answered any questions I threw at him , staff was very helpful when I needed them . The Storage unit was a perfect fit to my needs and I got the biggest one. KUDOS Extra Space Storage.

I'm giving a five stars for Great service from Jessica. She was very professional and personable. She is very responsive and Jessica really knows how to run a long term business model. Extra Space Storage really knows to hire their people. Like everyone said, rent is raised without notice. During hard covid time, I think it's imperative that business work with their customers. Easy and convenient rental process online, got my information sent to me via text and upon arrival my unit was super clean and lock was ready to go. Easy easy easy!!!

Overall great and friendly staff! Easy to access for communication and was patient and willing to figure out all details, weren't pushy at all! Clean space and not a busy location. Available to answer all questions and offered competitive pricing. Highly recommend!

My experience with Easy Storage was absolutely awesome! The process was easy cost effective and efficient. Everything was done using COVID restrictions. When I arrived my unit was ready to go and all went smooth.

I recently had to clean out my childhood home and find a place to store some of the property. I checked around and found Extra Space Storage in Los Alamitos had good reviews. I was met by Kimberly who was extremely helpful and kind. I ended up renting a unit and she made the process very easy. The property is well secured, very clean, and a night manager lives on the property.

Excellent customer service! Had the pleasure of working with Kimberly. She is very thorough, she goes over everything and makes sure you don't have any questions or concerns. The facility is very clean. One of the cleanest facilities I have ever seen.
