Under new management- JASON helped me trouble shoot why my original contact price went up monthly. He cut my lock off at no charge and helped me lower the monthly rate to include insurance. Grateful enough he then gave me a credit making the discount active right now! Thank you Jason, your welcoming, kind and provide exceptional customer service. It felt genuine and your work ethic will surely KEEP customers. Hope you stay a while! Thank you!!!

Spent a little over a year at this unit. Prior to Tanya being manager I would've given this review 3 stars but she turned that around. The storage lock would not close. I would spend a good 15-20 minutes trying to lock my storage every time I'd leave. I let the previous manager know about this issue but he only sprayed WD40 on it and called it a day. Today I was having the same problem except this time it wasn't closing. I called and Tanya took care of it right away. I'm glad she's the new manager and can tell she gets thing... read more

I absolutely love Tanya (I hope I spelled her name correctly) she helped make the process smooth and simple. Her energy just overflows with kindness and compassion. Even when it came to move in day for our storage unit she was attentive to detail and also was helpful to the best of her abilities.

I have been a faithful storage resident at this facility since 2018, I've moved around from various size units over the years to accommodate my extra space needs and I've never had any issues. I've had big drive up units and nice hallway units decent sized even my small one when I first started was perfect for me. This location is safely secured and they will pull up and check out any vehicle that makes it past the gate without putting their authorization code in. Super happy with the service we received today. Erich is great. He explained everything thoroughly and with ample confidence. I had a bunch of questions that he was able to answer with lots of knowledge. Definitely comfortable with keeping our items at this location with him as the gatekeeper. One downfall is the monthly rent kept increasing. We chose to vacate due to that. But overall, great place
