This place is awesome...I've used this storage for about 4 months and I'm amazed at how clean and we'll kept it is . normally I'm running around and have alot on my mind. As a result I forgot some items outside my space.... I remembered once I got home.... I got on the phone and called the the storage .. I've rented twice from this location and have been satisfied both times. My first stay was about 6 months, my second was a year and some change. There is always someone to talk to at the office, friendly staff and grounds were always kept clean. They do increase your rent gradually the longer you stay. Mine went up about $8 within a year and a half. Overall, good experience, no damage, no problems.

After years of feeling ripped off storing my things at other storage facilities I just happened to find Extra Space Storage on 6th Street in Roseville when I moved in right down the street. To my astonishment they were half the price of what I was paying with their competitors. And the manager there is the best! His name is Eric. I was so thrilled with the folks at Extra Space in Roseville and how they made perfect suggestions about what size unit to get. When I had to move my belongings in Kona into a storage unit, I decided to go with Extra Space over there. They were just a professional and accommodating.

We rented a storage unit from them for a long time. Our first initial contact was great. The man was very thorough and professional. What irritated us about the place was when we needed to get some things from storage, we were told we were unable to for X amount of days because they were repaving. We never received anything in the mail about this, it was inconvenient and I thought since we pay a lot each month and if we can't use it everyday, then they should credit us the days that we can't utilize our unit. 02/07/2016 I had my unit available the same day I put a hold on it. The follow up call occurred within a minute of my online reservation. When I completed my contract, the representative brought me to my unit and I was able to place my lock on it the same day. I definitely like having a credit card on file. This allows for automatic billing so it is one less thing I have to think about. I started moving items into my storage a few days ago without any problems. Check-in process was very smooth. The entire rental process was done on the computer, either from home or at their office. No annoying paper forms to fill out. Easy to add authorized persons to access the unit. Polite and professional staff. Clean unit. Overall, my impression is that Extra Space Storage is a well-oiled operation.
