They were the best priced after I shopped around, also having many convenient nationwide locations helped me when it came time to sign my contract and reserve my unit because any location can handle the paperwork for you. Great location and excellent price. Michele at the front desk was extremely helpful and very accommodating with our request for a space. The site was clean and has easy access. We just moved in this weekend and had no issues.
Really friendly office manager helped us move in. Could use some updates on the doors that lead into the smaller storage unit spaces. Looks clean from what we can see thus far. Just moved in a few weeks ago.
Best prices in the area, very friendly and accommodating staff. It seems like it's in a safe location, and a pretty secure property...really can't complain about anything.
Be careful of this place if you're colored. I've been questioned multiple times by new and old management going into this place using the code with MY KEY getting stuff out of MY storage unit. They will literally follow me in and start questioning me like I'm not a paying customer with a key and a code. Avoid this place if you're any color to be honest.I just can't imagine why I am raising suspicion using my own storage unit.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM OF A PLACE! I should've listened to the reviews to begin with. We got this storage space beginning of May. It was $90 but we asked to upgrade to a bigger storage due to our stuff not all being able to fit so they said "yes for $1 more!" So you think wow what a deal right ? NO!!!! They're liars. The next month comes and we get billed $130... well whatever we needed a storage so we decided to just let it go. Crooks! I can not believe that after a few months they would suddenly raise the storage unit cost from $57.00 to $87.00 without any warning! This is highly deceptive! It obviously takes time and money to move things in and out of a storage unit. For them to raise it such a crazy amount is absolutely absurd! It's predatory to be honest and is not a good business practice. Apparently, they change prices suddenly based on "market price." Please read other complaints before choosing this place.
