Jarred and Erich helped answer all my questions in regards to storage unit , would definitely recommend this facility great rates, secure and very clean

Moving can be extremely challenging, our experience with Extra Space Storage made this challenge much easier. We used their facility for 3 years and enjoyed the flexibility of a large garage. During our stay we had a lock replaced same day and they also replaced the garage door. The facilities were always clean and office personnel incredibly professional. We just rented a unit online this afternoon and then went to the site to check out our unit in person. Our unit had some lock issues, which Erich the on-site manager fixed quickly and efficiently. We had a pleasant experience and are pleased with the customer service we received from Erich.

The unit itself was great. The gate hours were good but it kept going up in price too often.

Extra Space Storage was an extremely pleasant experience for me. I felt that my possessions were completely safe with their security cameras and electronic coded gate. Erik, the facility supervisor, provided excellent customer service with his professionalism and pleasant courtesy, at all times. He made himself completely available for all of my storage needs.
