Good service. Clean and new storage. The best thing is they can help me to take my ups packages to my storage with no extra charge.

I inquired about storage space for my RV and was connected with Maria, the assistant manager. She was absolutely professional, took time to explain everything twice (because I asked her to), and answered every one of my questions. In addition, she was just plain warm and welcoming. The prices were a little less than local competition and because of Maria's help I decided to do business with Extra Space Storage. Thanks so much Maria!

I was very happy with the customer service however, they don't have the same service anymore! I spoke to an employee who said the manager can help, but they didn't wanna help putting it on the system.
Uncommunicative, Non-responsive, Misleading, & Fraudulent Company! We called multiple storage company's & decided to rent Units 145, 439 & 494 from Extra Space in San Ramon for what seemed to be a fair monthly rate. After only two months we received notice that our monthly rate would be drastically increasing. Looking into their reviews, this seems to be an ongoing issue with many other unsatisfied customers that were also unaware of this company's intentions for rate increases in such a short period of time.
