I have had a few experiences with storage facilities. This was probably the best of them all. Both Maria and Jewel were very polite. Maria took the time to show me several units until I found the exact one that served my needs. Thank you for being so professional.
Good service. Clean and new storage. The best thing is they can help me to take my ups packages to my storage with no extra charge.

I inquired about storage space for my RV and was connected with Maria, the assistant manager. She was absolutely professional, took time to explain everything twice (because I asked her to), and answered every one of my questions. In addition, she was just plain warm and welcoming. The prices were a little less than local competition and because of Maria's help I decided to do business with Extra Space Storage. Thanks so much Maria!

Don't get me wrong the staff is nothing short of great to work with. I just believe their pricing practice is absolutely ridiculous. They lure you in with a really decent rate as long as you prepay for 4 months. Ok great. Come renewal time guess what? They jack up the rate 50%. Can you prepay another four months at the current rate? no you can't.
