Honestly I never write reviews, but I'm making an exception because people should know. I signed for a particular web rate for a space. Three months later received a notice of a 100% percent increase. After calling corporate, the district manager James called me and made an offer to reduce the rate, but not back to the rate I signed up for. Hi, my name is Rodrigo Diaz. I was more than thrilled at the ease of moving in. Smoothness if paperwork, clean, everyone and everything was hunky dory. After moving in it was still unorganized. I Bagan to resort my belongings. Property manager comes and tells me why am I hiding and that I could not be in the unit hiding...then rushed to look inside the unit only to find nothing. PROS Facility - the entire facility is new-ish/modern, very well maintained, clean, including the office. You see staff actively cleaning, sweeping, and taking care of the facility. Staff - I believe Jewel is the manager, and the one who I interacted with the most. She is genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. All around, a great person to work with during the whole process. CONS Dust - I needed the place to store my items for about 3 months, which isnt a terribly long time by any measure. After calling the customer service as the business owner directed, someone from the district reached out, basically just repeated what we've already known and didn't offer any help on the case. It's extremely frustrating and makes me think customers are worthless to them.

I was looking into renting storage so I stopped by to get information and I was surprised by their manager's superior attitude. "I've been here 14 years," so what? Apparently it didn't improve your customer service skills. I asked for a brochure but she didn't know what that was? The property seemed ok but I never got the chance to see it because I was not offered to go look at a space. I rented somewhere else in Dublin.

I will NEVER rent from these people again. They have raised the rent 2 times in less than a year!!! When i first got the unit I thought I would have that rate for a year at least before they raised the rent, but raising it 2 times in less than a year!?!? They say that they raise the rates due to competitive rates in the area but will they lower my rate if competitor rates go down? NO they WON'T!!! If I treated my customers like that, I wouldn't have any left!! Extremely unhappy with these owners!!

Unfortunately I need to revise my previous review. We have closed our account with ESS due in part to their constantly increasing their rent. We started at $97 then $119 then $127 lastly at $137 for a 5x10 over as many years. I understand making a profit but a 50% increase in 4 years?!??No thanks! Better off downsizing and removing this cost completely.

Don't even waste your time moving in this location !!! jule the on site manager is a horrible person that has a stick up her butt and takes her insecurities out on her customers that she thinks she can pick on. i maybe disabled and may have more time on my hands as i'm in between surgeries and may visit my storage more frequently than other people but it gives this horrible and rude individual no right to pick on me. i moved in last sunday and cannot wait for thi... read more

The location is adequate, although a U-Turn is required to make it in from the East-bound direction which is troublesome for larger vehicles. The service had been good until I tried to cancel my membership. I gave notice to cancel 1 day after they auto-debited my account which I set up for their convenience. I had figured that they could reimburse me for the pro-rated amount I wasn't using in the month I was paying for. If you advise the rental office of your intention to vacate before paying your final month, we will prorate your last month of rent so you pay only for what you use.
