Mark was very helpful and attentive during the process. He made sure I had what I needed. I had filled the express paperwork online. He helped bring the supplies that I bought to the truck. Jewel was very nice when I ran into her onsite after the movers were done packing up the unit. Very sweet people to work with during a stressful time. I recently rented out a storage unit from this location... The staff here are absolutely wonderful! They made the process both quick and easy. They showed me the unit that was reserved for me, a 5x5, slightly inside, but easily accessible. The process was seamless and I enjoyed some entertainment amongst the staff to help keep things fun and loose. This place will definitely stay as my go to spot for a storage unit.
Jewel was great in helping me find and measure a storage unit that would fit my needs. Everything went very smoothly and I'm glad I chose this place. I highly recommend making a reservation and filling out the information to make the process go very quickly.
I really enjoyed working with Jewel. Although the prices were a little higher than I usually pay, Jewel made the process super easy. The site is really clean, and I feel like the employees are really on my team! The only downfall I would say is that you are forced to purchase the insurance, which ranges from an extra 13-25 per month. So on top of the prices stated online, there is an additional monthly fee. Jewel was very helpful! She really took her time with me to answer all of my questions and was even very patient with me as I had to go and look for more paperwork that k thought I had on me. This extra space storage is awesome with customer service and will definitely be there for you. If you need storage, this is definitely the spot for you. I am very very pleased.
