I recently secured an indoor unit from Extra Space Storage and was pleased with both the conditions of the unit and building, as well as the ease of access to the indoor unit (no elevators needed). I was helped by Allan who was very thorough while also efficient with my questions and application. I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Reston.

Extra Space Storage (in Reston) was very cooperative, neat, well lighted, and helpful with suggestion. The climate control was well regulated. They also had useful moving carts for carrying items to storage.
