Ok for very short-term storage. If you need to store stuff for a longer period of time, expect your rent to increase substantially from year to year. We are now paying $133 per month for a 5 x 5 climate controlled unit. Yes, that's right --- $133 per month for a 5 x 5 unit. I pay less per square foot for Class A office space in Reston.

Look this place is nice and the people working there are nice. No question. However, Extra Space lures you in with cheap rates. Then, once you're in, proceeds to raise your rates over and over and over again. It's a predatory practice in my opinion and unethical. Only use if you plan on storing items for six months or less.
