Great experience. Walter is so pleasant, knowledgeable and makes you feel like family. He and his team keep the place in spotless condition and you can tell they care about their renters and your belongings. We had to relocate out-of-state and wound up having to put just about our entire house into a 10x20 unit for almost an entire year. I just rented a space here about a month ago and I could not be more pleased. Walter and Trina, the managers, live on the premises and are absolutely wonderful people! Trina took a lot of time showing us around and was very friendly and informative. We have rented two spaces at Extra Space Storage in Reston, one for us and one for my Dad. In both cases, spaces were available, clean and just what we needed. Walter and Trina are both delightful -- easy to work with, helpful, cheerful and conscientious. I have been to other storage facilities and this one is the cleanest and most user-friendly one I've ever seen. I highly recommend this storage facility, conveniently located in Reston, Va.

The place is well kept and staff is extremely helpful and delightful. Their rates do increase from time to time but they all do. That's part of the business model. I would use them again without hesitation.
