Under the current circumstance I would rate Extra Space Storage, Reston, VA a clear and definite 1 if it were not for Cindy. I discovered water damage which caused black mold when I moved out of the unit recently. When Cindy was made aware of the issue she immediately went into action to remedy the situation. Cindy confirmed my insurance coverage and carefully walked me thru the claims process.
