Amazing Storage, Best one in Herndon that's for sure. I recommend everyone going here if you need extra storage.

Storage can be a huge hassle for a number of reasons- but NOT at this location of Extra Space Storage! We have had the most wonderful experience moving in. The rates were absolutely reasonable, the facility is clean and accessible, and most of all, Brittany was so lovely. She answered every one of our questions and helped us to book our unit FAST. I hope she is recognized for being so great at her job! The process is that much better when you work with lovely people. I would highly recommend this location!!!

Looking for storage? Look no further! Extra Space storage in Reston is fantastic. Especially, their customer service! I originally booked a reservation online for a 5x5, which was quick and easy. The following day I received a courtly reminder call from Brittany, confirming my reservation. Because I'm somewhat impulsive, I walked in the day before my move-in day to see if I can get and see the storage unit that day. That's when I met and worked with Jay. He was absolutely phenomenal! Great customer service - Trina is always pleasant and helpful! We have moved a lot of our stuff around to different-sized storage units over the past few years, and Trina has been great about finding us the right sized space to suit all our storage needs.

By far, the best storage facility I've ever had the pleasure of working with! The couple that manages (Trina and Walter) are wonderful... professional, friendly, and very accommodating. The facility was exceptionally clean and secure at all times. I had a great experience and would absolutely return if I ever needed a storage space.

I had a storage compartment for 2 years and Walter and Trina made moving in and out very easy. Super personable people--I'm sorry I don't need the space anymore. The one time I did visit my compartment my passcode wouldn't work but I was able to get someone on the phone and they resolved the problem immediately. If I need storage again I will definitely come here.

I've been a customer since 2004. I've lived locally and I've lived a thousand miles away from my rental and Trina and Walter have been like family. You really can't ask for better and nicer and more helpful people. Some day I'll move my stuff out and I will still visit them! (I'm not family and they have not paid me for this review.) The facility is clean, and safe. Can't recommend higher. Thanks!
