I signed up for storage space at this location about 5 months ago. I posted a positive review when I signed up--on Google Review. Unfortunately, on May 8, I found out my storage space was burglarized. I was moving to San Diego the next day--May 9--and I found out about the burglary when I stopped by my space on May 8 to take a few things to take with me to San Diego for the time being. I had my stuff in this storage unit and when I went to get all my stuff out of this storage my cal-king bed was full of rat poop! I told the employee and manager there about it and they say they were sorry and didn't know about the rodents problem! Good thing I had storage insurance or I would had been ass out! Make sure you read your insurance policy cause they were telling me they didn't cover rodents problem which in the policy never mention that!
I will be leaving this place I had my storage unit broken in to and grace the storage manager was no help at all. She never walks around the storage facility she's always in the office or she's in her apartment on site. She even had the nerve to tell me to give her five stars I'm happy to say that I'll not be giving her five stars. I wish I could give her no stars. Well, 4 months down the line, everything's going ok until I receive a notice in the mail. They're increasing my monthly fee by $20!!! Wow, they couldn't even wait a year.
If you want your items damaged or ruined by rats, store it here! Remember their insurance does cover rat damage even if you've told them about the issue. They can't even say sorry. It's a take or leave it. The manager before was so much nicer. I'm moving all my storages to Dollar storage, they'll miss the business since I have 4 storages with Extra Space, 2 here and 2 at another location.
Thieves Not happy at all with my final experience at this location. I made my final payment and notified the "manager" Graciela Rios of the specific date I will no longer be needing the facility. On that final date I was told that I will not be able to be reimbursed for the over payment I made to this location.
