I've never had to use a storage company before but I would definitely choose extra space storage in Whittier again.

Great on-line service and customer service. Makes storing a lot easier when you have easy access to obtain a unit via on-line services. Makes payment easy over the phone. Contract via email can't ask for anything better and faster!!

Awesome location where my storage unit is located at the front on the 1st floor. Great customer service experience from Cecilia who only started 3 weeks ago thinking that she was employed for over 5 years took care of my storage needs and also corrected an error on my monthly rent. Plus the this facility is clean.

The property manager Is A fair property manger As long as you as questions the property manager will answer them.They are polite and friendly.
Customer service was really great and they work fast. I needed a storage unit for my car within 15 mins or less, Grace was able to help me out without any problem. I suggest asking for grace when coming to this location
Great place to have your storage very clean and there was always a dolly or roller to help me move my stuff! Finally closing my account and Grace (an employee) was very helpful in making sure my sevice was good and very friendly. Thank you when I need to store my stuff again I will be coming back
