Moved in 2 months ago. And now I got a notice that rents going up $60. Ridiculous, I think they get you in with a low price then jack up the rent after you settle in. Stay away!

Do not get caught in their tricks. Raising the price to rent every couple of months. I went from $180 a month to $300 a month in less than a years time. No good. And no verbal mention of the raise of price at the signing. Wouldn't trust this place. From my experience.

Terrible storage facility and rude staff. The only thing good about this place is it is month to month on the rent. The woman who works the front desk needs to change her attitude. She stereotyped me because of my appearance... I have a shaved head and tattoos. She confronted me in an aggressive manner on my first visit and said that I needed to tell her my name and storage unit number every time I go to my unit. In January of 2020, they jacked up my rent another $40 bucks without sending me a courtesy letter nor a phone call letting me know that the new rates have changed!!! They always did, but not this time!!!! I went ahead and move the hell out!!!!! Not so cool!

Bad experience they raise their rent every year and to top it off I moved out of there and I find that rats had got to my stuff there was roachegoing from unit to unit u pay for insurance on ur stuff let's see if they do anything about it. I had to pay to get my stuff out and find this crap. I do not recommend this place had other friends with bad experiences. Had an appointment for 5-5:15p . Arrived at 5:10 with no one around. Called the number listed on the door and no one answered. After waiting outside for about 10 min someone walks up with a group of people and tells me theres a line so I'll just have to wait. I figured they were here so ok. Once they were done around 5:50p, i was told there was still someone ahead of me and they close at 6p. I will take my business elsewhere.

I signed up for storage space at this location about 5 months ago. I posted a positive review when I signed up--on Google Review. Unfortunately, on May 8, I found out my storage space was burglarized. I was moving to San Diego the next day--May 9--and I found out about the burglary when I stopped by my space on May 8 to take a few things to take with me to San Diego for the time being. I had my stuff in this storage unit and when I went to get all my stuff out of this storage my cal-king bed was full of rat poop! I told the employee and manager there about it and they say they were sorry and didn't know about the rodents problem! Good thing I had storage insurance or I would had been ass out! Make sure you read your insurance policy cause they were telling me they didn't cover rodents problem which in the policy never mention that!
I will be leaving this place I had my storage unit broken in to and grace the storage manager was no help at all. She never walks around the storage facility she's always in the office or she's in her apartment on site. She even had the nerve to tell me to give her five stars I'm happy to say that I'll not be giving her five stars. I wish I could give her no stars.
