Taran was very pleasant and helpful she provided excellent customer service. The grounds and facilities were clean. My unit is easily accessible. Everything required for storage is provided at extra space!

I got caught up in the hot housing market and I needed an additional storage unit to bridge the gap between homes. Every employee I've interacted with during both rental processes has been professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The units were clean, the gate is easy to access and the operating hours are conducive to my needs. On the not so pleased side, it would be helpful to have the local telephone number posted somewhere on the signage. Also, it seems a bit unreasonable to raise the rent after only four months. ExtraSpace Storage has a professional staff that explained all aspects of the contract. They left no questions unanswered and escorted me to my unit. And they explained procedures to access the gate.
Reasonable ; Clean ; spacious :)
Fast and easy online rental. Secure area as needed my code to enter the gate and leave. They provide a lock with the rental, and even with reserving it on Tuesday it was ready for me Saturday when I finally got to go. Units are roomy n taller then expected. Drive up makes it so much easier too.
