I setup my reservation online, was called soon after for an appt, and was able to get everything done and off-loaded into a storage unit within an hour or so after making the reservation. Zoe was super helpful, polite, pleasant to deal with during the whole process and I was very satisfied!

let me again by saying from beginning to end they were fantastic. Morgan was great helping me out with all my needs last minute. The place is clean and very well secure. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone compared to all the other storage units this is one of the best. If you need a storage, I would highly recommend this storage on Buffalo. Just ask for Morgan and she'd be more than welcome to help you with everything. I will use them again. ! They were great!

We have used extra space storage on Buffalo and Cheyenne for some time now-- we started out needing the space for our holiday decor then when we were going to move, we needed a larger unit to store our stuff while we were showing the house. Morgan and George helped us every step of the way! They are incredibly helpful and friendly and knew exactly what unit would work best for us during these transitions. The young gentleman I spoke to today (I forgot his name, I think he had a long first name) but he was GREAT! He was sweet and and explained everything very clearly for me when I had asked about how cancelling my storage would go when I move in the next couple months.
