I have rented many storage rooms to many companies. By far, Extra Space Storage in Buffalo/Chayanne is the best. Why??? MORGAN CORDES She is so helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and has lovely business etiquette

We used this storage facility during summer of 2020. Best part was the friendliness, courtesy and helpfulness of the staff. Units, we used 2, one inside and one outside, were clean and cool, even the outside units. Would definitely use them again and not hesitate to recommend them.

Found this place on line and asked for a quote. Got a call back from a very nice manager named Aaron. Met with him later in the day and hdd Ed showed me around. Very clean & well kept facility. All paperwork done via email. Super easy to navigate. Leaving my other storage space because of this place. Well done

I have never rented a storage unit before but had to downsize temporarily during Covid-19. The process was easy as I made a reservation online beforehand and a cheerful George-Elliot called me on the phone to confirm the details and give me information about the unit. George was amazing in helping me with all of the little details, even came by and swept up my broken glass without hesitation!
