This review is for Cerin. She is awesome! My boyfriend and I each had units there. We only needed one of them for about 8 days so when we moved everything out, we forgot to give a formal notice towards the end of the lease term. My card was charged for the next month and so we went down to the office the same day to request a refund because we would not be occupying the unit. This review goes out to Bert. Walking in as a new customer, I was greeted by the nicest man. He helped me set up my lease, was kind, genuine, courteous, and very funny. I have been with a couple storage places and he gave the best customer service but he went above and beyond during a dilemma I had. Great price, clean facility, manager lives on site, cameras all around the property, great place. And the manager, Bert, is one of the nicest guys you could ever meet. Very happy with my experience!

I have had experience with extra space storage for a few years. Bert is knowledgable and very helpful in getting everything set up. I called another storage company and they wanted three times the amount Bert asked for and they have clean and safe units.

Reserved a unit online in the early morning Jorge called as soon as they opened to confirm and was awsome. Very professional but also very friendly. Paperwork was a breeze and I was in a unit quickly. The property is clean and maintained and someone is always on site. Would definitely recommend.

Bert was awesome. I reserved online and when we stopped in to pay and sign paperwork we were in a hurry so he got us out as quickly as he could. Great prices and location as well.

Reserved my unit online and went in the next day to put down a deposit and take a look at the unit. The groundskeeper, Bert was super nice. He hustled to help me out, they were efficient, and very friendly. The grounds are very clean and it seems just about every space is easy to access. Plus I received half off my first month.
