We are very happy customers of Extra Space Storage on River Road in Oceanside, Califoria thanks to an extremely efficient and helpful employee there by the name of Erica! She gave us outstanding customer service, something that was very appreciated and actually a bit unusual these days. High recommend this company and especially Erica!!

We were very excited to hear that they had a space open up for what we needed to store... The couple was very attentive, they answered my phone immediately, they live on the premises, I feel safe and secure there, they have video surveillance and the place is clean and well gated.

Just moved into a RV storage space for my travel trailer. I was on a waiting list and was happy to get a call back to let me know a spot had just opened up that day. This place was much closer to my house so I was glad to move my trailer. This facility provides a dump station so that will come in handy. I did just find out that the lower price I got will eventually go up after a few months so not too happy with that. In July of 2021, I went to Extra Space Storage located at 4705 N. River Road in Oceanside CA with a question about my billing ( I've been a customer here since 2018). Ericka was helping another customer and I couldn't help but notice how friendly, efficient and caring she was with him, all the while she comfort me with telling me she was going to help me as soon as she was done. I stored my Seadoo's at this facility for over a year. The facility is clean, a good value, the on site staff is very nice too. This has good lightening at night. I highly recommend it and you will feel safe storing valuables.

The Oceanside is run by Amanda and Sandy. I am extremely happy with the care from Amanda! She has more patience than any one I know. That's saying a ton! She helped to steer me the right way while struggling to move and store things. It was less of a nightmare just because of her. Sandy was also sweet and has great phone edicate. Easy to speak with. Please get your storage off Oceanside Blvd close to El Camino, OceansidThank You Girls!

Kept my storage here for 2 years, came to check every once and awhile. Super great security, super nice staff and the owners are wonderful! Climate control is the best way to go! I recommend this location for all your storage and moving needs!! 10 stars if you ask me. Thank you guys again sooooo much!!!!

I was locating from Sacramento back to So cal , and needed a large storage space . The storage area is large and easy to Access , I was able to drive in a large 26 ft box truck And unload easily. Thanks Sabina.
