I rented unit 143 here from 2019-June of 2026. During this time, I had zero issues with this facility and the unit. This facility is off the beaten path in Corona and mellow, clean, and accessible. The very minimal interactions I had with staff were professional, helpful and kind. Yes, prices go up and sometimes steep, but that is the case for all storage facilities/companies. Been keeping some stuff at this storage facility for about 6 months. The place is always spotless when I visit. The woman at the front desk was super patient when I was picking out my unit size - no pressure at all. My monthly rate is fair compared to other places I looked at, and being able to get in whenever I need to is a huge plus.
Rebecca was extremely helpful! Got us our unit & lease in less than 1 hour! Super friendly, efficient, and overall helpful!

Rebecca was really helpful and informative from the moment we walked into the ESS office. Shortly after she gave us a quick tour of the facility, was super-nice and very detailed when explaining the terms and rates. She gave us top-notch service and a great price for a very clean unit. She made our move very easy, and we will definatley use Extra Space Storage again :).
