This place totally helped me out when I was moving out my stuff. I moved far away from this location and I had to get my stuff out. I got all the way there and realized I forgot my key. The lady at the front desk was kind enough to cut the lock for me so I did not have to drive all the way back (in traffic). I think this is a convenient location when it comes to living in Corona, Norco, and Eastvale, even west riverside would work too. I would recommend extra space storage. I was in a bind to downsize my warehouse and was able to get a few storage units. The manager amanda was very accommodating and made the move a lot less stressful.
Excellent Customer Service Amanda and Cassandra are very helpful and attentive. Great asset to the company. We needed a few storage space, and they were able to accommodate us, everything was a breeze.
I'm not looking for much. It's storage. I want access and an easy website and a way way to retrieve my (much forgotten) password. This place fits the bill. I've rented here in Corona twice and once in Riverside (unfortunately they sold that property so I moved my crap to Corona again). They are affordable and their website is not only easy but you can do everything on it...give notices, send emails, buy more units, make payments, setup recurring payments, get receipts, annnnnnd.....figuring out my unit number and password. ... read more
Great place so far. Moved in two weeks ago. Easy process and the staff was helpful and friendly. Seems very secure.
Andrew is very pleasant to work with. Always goes the extra mile to help out. I have received nothing but great service from him and the other young lady in front office. I would definitely recommend this facility for all storage needs.
