place was clean and nice. only issue is that they decided to almost double my rent. then I looked at their page a week before my move out and they were offering it for less than what they were gonna increase me to.
the front gate is regularly unlocked leaving the premise open to thieves, homeless and others. They take no responsibility when someone breaks in and make you sign an hold harmless agreement before they continue to rent you a space.
