This was by far the easiest storage renting experience I have ever had. I was able to simply look them up from my phone, sign up, sign contracts, get my access code via email, pulled up to the unit, opened the door. The lock was waiting inside and I was ready to go. Let me add that this was all done in a 15 to 30 minute period from start to finish. I've had storage facilities in the past, and it was a timely process, not to mention I had to bring my own lock. We unexpectedly had to sell our home and move to another state. It was crazy, but the folks at Extra Space Storage in Corona, CA, took great care of us and made the transition much less stressful. They even allowed us to secure a larger unit the very day of our move because our stuff would not have fit into the unit we initially rented. Thank you guys, for everything!!! Beautiful customer service, amazing human beings that really care, they understand how the world works, and I will forever be grateful for how they treated me, I will definitely refer to everyone I know.
This location is one of the most friendly and easy going storage facilities... management is very kind not pushy judgemental.. I appreciate the move in cost and monthly rates as well..
This is a great storage facility, If and when a situation may arise with your day you can count on extra space storage in Corona, CA they have a great friendly staff and district manager who put the time to hear and correct your concerns at this storage facility. I would not use other storage facilities only extra space storage. Brandon O
