Andrew and his staff are professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. They went above and beyond to make our move out of state manageable... To know that our belongings were in a clean safe storage space provided peace of mind during a very stressful time. They were even able to work with us as problems arose and we were hundreds of miles away. Their corporate office should know what a great team they have at this location! I would absolutely recommend them if you have storage needs!

The prices are fair and we didn't have to wait around or hunt down any employees for our 100 questions. The place seems very secure and it's next door to a police station. I would totally recommend this place to anyone. Keep up the good work guys!

I had to have a storage unit in a hurry for someone else. So I went with the least expxensive one I could find. What a joy. Employees so helpful explaining and adding to the conversation subjects I did not know to ask. I needed someone to move some very heavy items. They had a list I could call. They didn't want to suggest a certain person over someone else but I could read between the lines and the person I hired was so helpful even taking me to Home Depot so I did't get lost. Although I ended up not needing a storage unit I must say Elizabeth at this location was super helpful in explaining the units available, pricing and giving really helpful information as how much would fit. My escrow was extended which is why I didn't need it. It's really rare to find employees in any industry that have such a seemingly genuine interest in being helpful. I've already referred several friends.

I just rented a storage locker from extra space and zack at the desk really helped me out with everything and made it easy for me to get started.

By far this has been one of the few horrible experiences I've ever encountered. I'm a small business owner who rented a space unit in this location to keep my merchandise. I've been undergoing going health issues on top of that I'm a new mom to a 7 month old therefore I had to take a two month break from visiting my unit. Upon returning my unit was broken into from the inside. About 5k worth of merchandise was stolen. I've complained and have asked for any sort of compensation for the merchandise that was stolen. Bait and switch. They increased my rent price to almost double and I've only been renting for probably 5-6 weeks. Avoid this place. I called customer service and said they can decrease the monthly... Why not offer me that in the first place? Bad business practice and the storage units are crap. Some have lights some don't its just the luck of the draw.

A bunch of crooks. Started rent of a storage at $90.00. Not even 2 months later they increased it to $164. They send you ths non descript letter with no identification. Terrible business practice. I definitely do not recommend this place. They wait until you move in a lot of stuff in so its inconvenient for you to move out then increase the price to almost double.

Not helpful at all, the employee who oversaw us getting our unit didn't comprehend that the units need a key to unlock them and didn't give us a key, making a day of moving even more frustrating
