Excellent Customer Service Amanda and Cassandra are very helpful and attentive. Great asset to the company. We needed a few storage space, and they were able to accommodate us, everything was a breeze.

I'm not looking for much. It's storage. I want access and an easy website and a way way to retrieve my (much forgotten) password. This place fits the bill. I've rented here in Corona twice and once in Riverside (unfortunately they sold that property so I moved my crap to Corona again). They are affordable and their website is not only easy but you can do everything on it...give notices, send emails, buy more units, make payments, setup recurring payments, get receipts, annnnnnd.....figuring out my unit number and password. ... read more

Andrew is very pleasant to work with. Always goes the extra mile to help out. I have received nothing but great service from him and the other young lady in front office. I would definitely recommend this facility for all storage needs.

Andrew is a great Extra Space Storage employee, who gave us the help we needed. I am very thankful for the tremendous help he provided my family in facilitating the minimal storage facility deemed necessary for our immediate needs.

Andrew and his staff are professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. They went above and beyond to make our move out of state manageable... To know that our belongings were in a clean safe storage space provided peace of mind during a very stressful time. They were even able to work with us as problems arose and we were hundreds of miles away. Their corporate office should know what a great team they have at this location! I would absolutely recommend them if you have storage needs!

The prices are fair and we didn't have to wait around or hunt down any employees for our 100 questions. The place seems very secure and it's next door to a police station. I would totally recommend this place to anyone. Keep up the good work guys!

I had to have a storage unit in a hurry for someone else. So I went with the least expxensive one I could find. What a joy. Employees so helpful explaining and adding to the conversation subjects I did not know to ask. I needed someone to move some very heavy items. They had a list I could call. They didn't want to suggest a certain person over someone else but I could read between the lines and the person I hired was so helpful even taking me to Home Depot so I did't get lost. I would certainly use Extra Space again... read more

Although I ended up not needing a storage unit I must say Elizabeth at this location was super helpful in explaining the units available, pricing and giving really helpful information as how much would fit. My escrow was extended which is why I didn't need it. It's really rare to find employees in any industry that have such a seemingly genuine interest in being helpful. I've already referred several friends.
