Customer Service, specifically Eric, was extremely friendly, patient and helpful. He answered all of my questions.

We just renewed our yearly storage for the 2nd time and I received the same excellent service. They already have my business AND Pricella from Extra Space continued to give me excellent customer service! The facility is clean and safe - and the employees (especially Pricella) are kind and courteous!! Thank you, guys!!
