I see a missed called from them and returned the call and was told I could buy back my unit for $200 but that I have to take all of my belongs (that I do not have room for and probably can't even lift) I'm waiting fir them now don't know what to expect but I do know if I hurt myself trying to lift them who is responsible! To be continued #PublicTrust

I had my storage unit for about 3 months. First of all they force you to purchase insurance. I purchased locks from them as well. I was at my storage unit in October 10th and everything was fine. On October 14th they have very poor video showing two masked males removing an electric bike, tools, a small safe and a large gun safe from my storage space. The lock was picked to gain entry and because they don't show any forced entry the insurance they forced me to buy is not going to cover anything. Also there was another... read more

This facility double charged my account and promised a discount for the inconvenience, that never happened, this is the second time I was screwed on promises made by staff....and my unit is getting some black sooty, greasy granular dirt all over my stored items......and forget about getting someone to help you if you get stuck inside after hours accidentally......

Be very careful.......I will never again . So rude, dont value customers @ all. Employe also made false reports/ Accusations upon my complaint towards them.

Don't use this facility, they sell you on a low rate then a few months into it they hike up the rates without notifying you. Shady business practices. And the employees there just tell you sorry nothing they can do. But when they want ur business they can do everything. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. I recommend using other facilities with honest business practices.
