I have been at this storage location for almost two years now. I got a small "indoor" unit which basically is accessible from the outside and is just in a little hallway. I really like this place. The hours are great, they keep it well maintained and you need a code to get in. My only complaint is that every couple months my fee goes up. This facility is very nice and close to home! Nicole and Ruben are always there to help if I have any problems or concerns.
My offices experience was fantastic with the Store Manager Ruben. He was prompt in contacting us, extremely helpful, quick in showing us units and taking great care of us and showing us awesome Customer Service!
Ruben was excellent. He gave us a tour of the facility and our storage. Great customer service and I'm glad we got a storage here!
Nicole is amazing! Such great customer service with a smile every time we've been to the site. The facility is super clean and well-lit for safety. They really bend over backwards to accommodate special requests and are friendly and patient!
Unlike another customer who complained in their online review about not being told about a fee increase after a number of months, I was told to expect it. I understand that, it's part of the deal. I need storage space, they have it, I have to pay for it. It is what it is. Besides that the associates in the office were friendly and professional during my signup and politely answered all my questions and I was quickly signed up as a customer.
I used these guys about 2 years ago after my husband died & had to store things I just couldn't deal with immediately. They were great! Always helpful, always cheerful, just great. Finally got done with that storage and now, months later, I'm downsizing again! So I came back. They are friendly, efficient, the property is always clean and secure. I'm incredibly happy with this business.
The office staff deserves 10 stars they are exceptional ! My issue was with the increase price in my unit 10x10 started at $168 in 6 months went to $248 than next increase was $313 ... within a year. Unfortunately my storage unit was also broken into lock cut and a different lock placed on it. The staff was very helpful and accommodating with the incident. The 1 star is for pricing ... when i rented the unit the price was fair, but the amount of increase was NOT.
