Their allowance for installing an appliance is not near realistic costs. Replacement product will be lowest cost bottom of the line available.

Once you get through the phone promps and get a human, the response was very good and quick. The associate scheduled a local company to handle my needs the next day. My problem was fixed within an hour and got nice follow up.
