Scheduling service and the service itself was quick and easy.
Their allowance for installing an appliance is not near realistic costs. Replacement product will be lowest cost bottom of the line available.
Once you get through the phone promps and get a human, the response was very good and quick. The associate scheduled a local company to handle my needs the next day. My problem was fixed within an hour and got nice follow up.
Alexander was very helpful and helped with my questions. He was very professional and was courteous.
I can't say enough good things about Landmark HW. As a homeowner and Realtor, I have used other companies in the past, but have NEVER found any that rise to the level of quality product or customer service.
