I called to find out what was covered under a current home warranty that I acquired from the previous owner. I spoke with Fred and he was very helpful and I ended up purchasing a home warranty for 2 additional years as it covers all the systems in my house and that gives me piece of mind. The price was great also. thanks Fred and Landmark!
