I have always enjoyed the fast & friendly customer service
My experience today was EXCELLENT due to the assistance I received from Alicia A. She was not only knowledgeable, but gave me various options and advice in the matter of transferring my coverage to the soon to be Buyer of my residence. Haven't always had this experience with Landmark. Alicia was Above and Beyond.
Landmark: Responsive; easy to setup any service needs. Sends out good vendors for any work/preventive care. Appreciate Landmark's support of seasonal preventive maintenance checks. On phone today: received excellent service from Alexander J - Pleasant, efficient, clear response to inquiry; ensured I was offered applicable discount/incentive on renewal of policy

Decent product for the money. However, they do not cover some things that one would think they would. For example, they mentioned bringing a house up to code but in actuality, they will not put in place something that was not there before. This is the very definition of a code violation. Generally, if your house is not up to code in an area it's because something is missing. It's sort of a catch 22

They have a good group of contractor partners and promptly approve payment once assessment has been made
I called today to review my renewal policy with Landmark and I had the opportunity to talk with Alexander J. He answered all my questions, upgraded my policy to meet my needs. He was very polite and professional.
