They were able to squeeze us in during the summer.
We received excellent customer service. The lady was nice and polite. She told us the name of the company that was going to fix our problem. The company that they sent over was great. He fixed our problem and had great customer service. He went beyond and contacted us to make sure the problem was solved.
My air conditioning system stopped working and Landmark was quick to respond and honor my claim with a new system. They have been very helpful with any questions in regards to what is covered in the warranty. My only concern is that the product that I received (Goodman brand) has had mechanical issues from day one. I have been lucky to have a trusted technician who has come and fixed the issues without charging me a service fee.
