I ordered warranties for 3 of my rental properties today and Paul C was very helpful. I discovered a coupon code after I ordered the first two and he was able to credit me the coupon value even though my payment already processed. He was happy to help, friendly and sent me adjusted emails as soon as we were done on the phone. Great customer service experience so far.
