I've been a Landmark customer for a few years now, and they've been pretty reliable ... annual HVAC inspections / maintenance, that sort of thing. But recently, I had an unexpected flood occur in my basement, caused by a split kitchen sink drain line. What a stressful event!! I've only used them once but was very happy with the repair person they sent out for my fridge.
Maria was very very helpful. She was very professional and when she said she would get back to me she did.
They are friendly, they take care of matter at hand and the customer service is always great
Relatively convenient to schedule services under the warranty, although there is a set fee for such service requests. However, the appliance repair company they assigned to fix our refrigerator's ice maker has come out twice and left without repairing it. I think that Landmark could maybe select better service contractors.
Courteous, service oriented; will work with you and are there when you need them.
You sent a guy out who fixed it, but I think it is just a short-term fix.
I give them 5 stars because they show that they care and are very responsible.
