As with any company, there can be times when the service doesn't meet your expectations, this was one of those situations. I did not feel that the timeliness of response to get my work order assigned and taken care of was adequate in this specific situation, but it ultimately did get taken care of. Tricia D called me after the fact to make sure that i was satisfied my service, after informing her that I was not, she quickly cooled the situation, took time to explain the time process and ultimately made it right. Working with Christopher S was a great experience! He kindly explained the details of what I needed to know to add continuing coverage to my plan, and also set up a new plan on another property. He found out some additional info we needed for me to move forward with my plan and Chris got back to me the same day!

We have had Landmark for more than 5 years now. We have had nothing but a positive experience with them. There are some companies that fold after a couple years or choose not to cover anything. That is not the case with Landmark
Overall I’ve been very pleased with our service. Recently had a great interaction with Christopher S. He was extremely helpful, professional, and personable. I’ve had similar experiences with others in the past as well.
Nikkie W helped me and my family at the end of this claim. If we are to renew our policy with Landmark it will be because of this amazing woman and nothing else. In the beginning it was difficult to get answers and talk to someone that could make decisions on my claim. We went days with our home at 95+ degrees and felt like no one cared. Did make two claims, both of which were remedied by Landmark for repairs. Paul C was influential in making this happen. I think the level of personal service was great and their repair people respond quickly.
