My experience with landmark home warranties and the company they hire to address and make appointments for the issues were having, is not positive. They have always been responsive and agreeable in their service to us. We have used their services several times and have not been disappointed. The only short coming we have ever encountered is this year when they apparently had an accounting difficulty and we were not credited with our annual premium payment, which we had made about a month before it was due. The contractor was great and very helpful.
They knew what the problem was and fixed it.
Landmark has always been very responsive and prompt with repair requests
Good home warranty experience but repair process coule be faster
Landmark home warranty is quick to respond to claims and they are great to work with!
